PAYMENT METHODS

The products must be paid in advance by:

Cash on Delivery (just United Arab Emirates)

Users from United Arab Emirates can choose to pay their purchases in cash to the carrier when receive the order.

Credit / debit card

Users can choose to pay by credit card, making the payment at the time of placing the order. Only Visa and Mastercard cards protected by Verified Visa are accepted. If the customer's card is not registered by Verified, he/her must consult with their bank in order to register it. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The delivery times for all orders are calculated from the moment in which the order was placed, as long as the request is made before 09.00 noon from Monday to Friday (GMT +4). In the event that the order is made after the indicated time, it will begin to count from the following business day. In case of product unavailability, Natural World Eco FZCO undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible and the order will be modified or canceled, reimbursing the Customer the corresponding amount.

Orders are sent by courier and home delivery.

The delivery time will be from 24h to 48h on orders shipped to United Arab Emirates, and from 48h to 72h for orders shipped outside of United Arab Emirates.

The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time of purchase and Natural World Eco FZCO will do everything possible to respect the delivery terms mentioned in the Portal. (we advise that upon receipt of the package it is verified that everything is in perfect state).

Shipments are free.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES

In the event that the article does not carry this document, it will be enough to keep the purchase invoice, complying with Law 23/2003, of July 10, of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

In the event of a defective product, Natural World Eco FZCO will proceed to the substitution, reduction of the price or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the buyer.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Natural World Eco FZCO assumes the transport expenses caused by the return for manufacturing defects of the product.

Natural World Eco FZCO will only accept the refund or one (1) change for another size (more or less indistinctly) of the same product purchased or of another different product, not being possible to make more than one change on the same product. If it is not possible to make the requested size change, for any reason of your own or for others, the product will be returned in exchange for the final amount paid for the product. The term of change for these products will be 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To be able to be changed, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging.

In any case, when requesting a refund, only the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid as "Shipping".

In case of return of an order included in a reforestation project, the order amount will be refunded (except for the shipping) and the attributed tree will be available again for another customer.

RIGHT OF CANCELATION

The User has the right to cancel the purchase made through the website www.naturalworldeco.ae, and may return the product, in the case of not being satisfied, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from who has received the product. It is also stated that there is no right of cancelation when the execution of the order has already begun. The refund of the amount will be made within a period of 14 calendar days from the date in which the decision of withdrawal of the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have been previously received.
